Transfer Students and
International Baccalaureate / Advanced Placement
Minimum Academic Qualifications
Applicants who have earned at least 24 transferable credits from other recognized post-secondary institutions will be considered transfer students; entrance GPA will be calculated solely on these transfer credits. Students with 23 or fewer credits will be evaluated for admission based on both high school and post-secondary transcripts.
Transfer students are admitted according to Corpus Christi's broad-based admission policy. To apply, students must follow the same steps as students applying directly from high school. Transfer credit will be assigned according to the Colleges Transfer Credit policy found in Academic policies.

Transfer Credit
A student seeking transfer credit at Corpus Christi must submit official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. If a student has earned equivalent credit at an institution within the BC Transfer System, credit is assigned according to agreements listed in the BC Transfer Guide. Every effort is made to assign transfer credit to satisfy the core requirements of the CCC Liberal Arts Diploma. If CCC recognizes the academic content of the course but does not offer an equivalent course, elective credit is granted whenever possible. If credit has been earned out-of-province, the student's record is evaluated on a case-by-case basis; the student may need to supply instructors' outlines for these courses.
A When students transfer from Corpus Christi to a university or university college to finish their baccalaureate degrees, the receiving institutions will require official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended and will assign transfer credit according to their institutions' policies.
International Baccalaureate / Advanced Placement
Corpus Christi recognizes these secondary school programs. Students with International Baccalaureate or Advanced Placement credits should consult the Registrar, who will determine credit for these courses on an individual basis.
