Out of Province StudentsMinimum Academic Qualifications The minimum academic qualification for admission is graduation from a provincial secondary school, including the equivalent of the following BC Grade 11 and 12 courses:

English Language Admission StandardStudents who have not achieved at least 80% in English 12 (or equivalent) must enroll in CCC ENGL 109 or demonstrate their standard of English by writing the CCC English Placement Test or enroll in ENGL 109. English Placement Test (EPT)Out-of-province students must demonstrate a suitable standard of English. Students who have not achieved at least 80% in English 12 or equivalent but who wish to be considered for direct entry into ENGL 110 (formerly ENGL 100) must perform satisfactorily on the CCC EPT. ResidenceOut-of-province students seeking on-campus accommodations are advised to apply for residence at Carey Centre or St. Andrew’s Hall in the winter of the year before their arrival. These residences are open to UBC and Corpus Christi Students and both are very popular. Space is limited. Students are advised not only to indicate that they are a Corpus Christi College applicant on their residence application, but also to advise the College of their intention to live in residence. Although these residences are independently run, the College strives to work closely with the administration of these residences to meet the needs of Corpus Christi students. Residence is not guaranteed. |
